Miranda Fields
Miranda spent six years in the corporate oil and gas industry in Oklahoma and Texas before becoming an attorney. She worked predominantly on large-scale Capex construction projects, including gathering systems, processing plants, and transportation lines throughout the U.S., managing project budgets, project schedules, and cost reduction analyses.
Education
Miranda attended Oklahoma State University for her undergraduate degrees. She graduated in 2010 with dual degrees, a B.S. in Economics, and a B.S. in International Business.
In 2016 Miranda received a merit-based scholarship to attend Oklahoma City University School of Law. She graduated a semester early and moved to Austin, TX, to be closer to her family.
Practice Areas
Miranda started her career as an attorney with a commercial and transactional law firm and transitioned to civil litigation and family law. Miranda joined the Weichert Law Firm in May 2021.
Personal
Miranda lives in Austin and enjoys volunteering with the CANLAW Clinic and the Junior League of Austin.
In her spare time, Miranda enjoys riding her horse, Quinton, and spending time at the family ranch on the weekends.
